Meh, I don't even check my local CL, because most of the people on there are lowballing resalers that are looking for stuff (and are overpriced to boot!) or moronic people that think that their old Atari is worth $500. I've bought one lot before for $70 that had an SNES, (broken, which I didn't realize until later) Xbox, broken PS2, and a boatload of 2600 games. I nearly broke even on it LOL.

Sigh, here's a guy (http://killeen.craigslist.org/wan/1790054553.html) that's not in my town, but appears in CL's "local" listing. $5 per broken PS2/Xbox system? That's a price I will pay and have paid before. Broken PS2s bring around $15 a piece when lotted together on eBay and they occasionally have network adapters attached.

So time for me to say something, this is the most common nes game out there most game shops have to many copies of this game that they sell them in lots of 10 on ebay, heck one guy is selling 15 lots of 10 right now. shown in the pictures below is more proof showing just home many people rip this game apart and turn it into something else. This is a $2 game $5 at best, so please do not buy this game you will only be ripped off, don't take my word for it just google it and see how little it goes for. Its not the overpriced games on Craigslist that kills me. Lately it is all those posts from people who will "Buy your old games." I just got on Craigslist and saw more posts from beggars looking to "take your old video games off your hands." For some reason all I can imagine is some Mom selling her sons (who just went away to college) entire NES collection for $2. Then these guys turn around and sell them for outragous prices. In the meantime, I bust my back searching high and low for finds in the wild. I hit the damn thrift stores and garage sales weekly. Dont get me wrong, I love it, thats part of the fun and challenge. Its the thrill of the hunt. These guys on Craigslist sit at home and post adds, trying to get unknown victims to give them "Old Video Games' for practically nothing. Thats like fishing with dynamite or hunting deer with a bazooka. Its probably just me. I need to relax.

He was able to test this one using the hookups he sold with the other one. I'm inferring that since he doesn't say, but its a logical conclusion and I've seen it before. Wish people could write decent ads where you don't have to make assumptions.

It could be true, I wouldn't know for sure as I never got a reply back. The ad is still up though, maybe the guy was upset that I asked for a list of the games.

Yes, I hate this. I actually was checking into a dreamcast listing yesterday that offered $3 games. Both Powerstones, Fatal Fury Mark of the Wolves, Sonic Adventure, Bomberman Online, and a few other good ones. I asked if they were burnt just to make sure and sure enough. I was very disappointed.

I hate how people call that a "massive collection" while they barely have 50 games. I could understand over 100 games, but 50 games spawned over 4 systems (and why does the NES and SNES have no games ?) a regular collection, that's an average of 13 games by system.

I love how people misuse the word "huge" when describing four or five games and a system. HOLY CRAP WOW HUGE DREAMCAST LOT!!!! Better bring a forklift.

In my local section, the usual "outrageous" prices are for PS2's and games. People still believe that you can get $5-10 for old sports games. It's even worse when they want $75 for a PS2 Slim that you can buy at Gamestop for $50-60 used.
