Oh and Melee, because I've got to tone up before Brawl.

For some strange reason I thought it would be great to get in to Atomic Runner on the Mega Drive, so I spent last night playing that (Got to level 5) and Star Soldier on the PC Engine. Class !

Pole Position II, just disassembled and rebuilt the steering wheel and shifter on the cab since getting the service manual...

http://www.classicplastic.net/digitalpress/polepositioncab013.jpg

The wheel was fine, just needed to be cleaned and re-lubed. The shifter however was in horrible shape inside, I popped her open and rebuilt the internals just in time. Now the wheel is tight and smooth and the shifter moves like it's brand new. They both worked fine and felt fine before but now it's like I have a new control panel. Still need to find a NOS wheel sticker though. :)

Ninja Gaiden Black on XBOX... been playing for a few weeks now (in the evenings after work) I'm up to the 8th chapter, and determined to beat it through at least once... also playing Super C each night (and contra every few days) for the NES. I play animal crossing every week or so now (which is better than the hour+ a day I spent on it for 3 solid months.)

+1 post count time! Errah okies.

What I've been playing as of late:
Atari 5200:
Joust
- Just plain goodness. I run low on lives by stage 5 or so but it's the height of excitement trying to take down that last guy. My high score is somewhere in the 30k range, which I'm sure is pretty low.
Robotron 2040
- What should I say besides it's just awesome. The dual controller thing can be a bit rough since I don't have one of those molds (which I also need for Space Dungeon) but I plan to find a way later to either make a mounter or build my own controller that'll plug into both ports.

Nintendo Entertainment System:
StarTropics
- I didn't really play much, was mainly making sure the system was hooked up since I moved stuff around. I found a bunch of saves on it which I removed (awww, poor previous owners wasted precious time) and started my own. Walked around a bit, seems cool but I don't have the dedicated time right now for an RPG, plus I still need to beat Tales of Destiny that I've claimed is the next game I beat!

Sega Saturn:
Die Hard Arcade
- Still great, graphics are dated but controls are rock solid. It instantly went to being at the top of my list for beat 'em ups with Power Stone, TMNT, Dynamite Cop (damn I need the cab!) and a few others.

Nintendo GameCube:
Midway Arcade Treasures
- I've been also playing Robotron 2040 on here and it's a lot easier but also cheaper because you just use the yellow stick to fire everywhere. I do like the 100 top score lists on most of the games, real nice feature. Another game I was playing was Smash TV, which is quite possibly one of the most entertainingly impossible games I've played.
Worms Blast
- Wonderful graphics, physics and adaption for Worms to a BAM-type game. The various blocks, effects and bringing most weapons and their controls is a nice breath of air for the puzzle genre (kind of like the cool aspects of Twinkle Star Sprites). Now if only they could make a Worms side-scrolling shooter. :D

Few things as of late:

- Clock Tower 3 (PS2) - conquered it the other day and unlocked movie gallery and a few outfits for Alyssa. Although there was a gold pen and an invitation item that I never used going through.

- Silent Hill 4: The Room (PS2) - stopped playing this a long time ago when I was just starting to redo all the stages. Me and my wife play through these scary games together. We are not just passed redoing the Subway.

and the game i am playing hardcore to finish off before it's next is....

- Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (GCN) - owned this game for a long time only ever played a couple hours into it. Finally picked it up a few days ago in an attempt to conquer it before Phantom Hourglass hits the shelves. I just got the earth and wind songs and have to find the characters who hold the proper musical instruments for the two songs.

I have been playing:

-Ford Racing 2 (Playstation 2)

-Grand Theft Auto Vice City (Playstation 2)

-Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX (Gameboy Color)

-Tommy Lasorda Baseball (Sega Genesis)

-Joe Montana Football (Sega Genesis, played it for the very first time today and beat the computer 63-6, AI was obviously a problem for Montana's first game on the Genesis)

-Battletoads (Sega Game Gear, based on the NES version but it sucks)

-Super Columns (Sega Game Gear, how does regular Columns compare to this one?)

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. I decided that, before I buy more games, I'd finish those games of mine that I never completed (in my book, games like Tony Hawk 4 and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 don't really count, since they may be finite but also have an open-end play option).

I'm almost done with TTYD (one more Crystal Star) and then I will move on to the 3D Zelda games, probably (I never finished any of them). Will probably play them in order too (OoT, MM, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess).

Finished off Wind Waker yesterday just in time for Phantom Hourglass (which Im picking up when GS sends it to the shelves tomorrow). So I have moved on to a few games which I have played but never finished.

- Silent Hill 4: The Room (PS2) - completed doing the subway area for the 2nd time.

- Super Paper Mario (Wii) - Revived Peach, found the 2nd puire heart door, and am now on area 2-2.

- Odin Sphere (PS2) - picked this up because it looks amazing and from the box art it reminded me so much of one of my favorite games, Legend of Mana. Being a big fan of Atlus and from all the good reviews for this game I had to grab it up. Not to mention this game almost promises to be a rarity/gem somewhere down the line. Anyways, played through the tutorial prologue stage with Gwendolyn and saved right before the chapter actually starts; loving what i've seen.

Been playing my "purchased cheap but never played games". Moto GP on Xbox and Links 2004 on Xbox mostly. I never really stored many custom user soundtracks, so I made one of movie soundtrack selections, and another of guitar-oriented rock songs. I think the following songs go well with Moto GP: Deep Purple music like Knocking at your back door and Perfect Strangers, or Satriani stuff like Summer Song/Surfing with the Alien etc. Also regularly play Wii Sports with one of the Cafeman Jr's, and Atari 5200 stuff (Space Dungeon and Keystone Kapers lately).

Didn't play long as I had to work most of the day but played a couple hours up to the Ember temple. Must say that I was a little skeptical of a fully stylus played Zelda game but they have impressed me thus far, very enjoyable and well setup game.

COD3

Did get great, top of the list then just started to suck bad..

I just could not get into the grove again....The group I was playing with had no organization in which just plaqued my progress.
I wound up have a negative three from just trying to get by people with a motorcycle.

One of my online friends got into the game and said, wow!,what's up you score is not the usual..
The last game we played got kicked off then I could not get into anything via COD3

So I went back to Halo 3 solo...
But it wound not load up..My saved game would not load up,it would just loop and come back to the menu.
I had do go into the system memory and remove Halo 3 and start over..I only got to play for like 10 minutes before I got tired.
I don't know why this happened but I figure,maybe the 360 to 360 switch I did.

I'm still knocking out the levels in Bomberman for NES. I have to admit, it's not really that much fun anymore after 30 or so levels it's even too repetitive for me. Great game though, I'll try more in the series after this, but doubt I'll ever pick this one up again after I beat it.

Haven't posted in awhile, but I haven't been playing much either. I've been so swamped with school, and I was knocked out for a couple weeks when I caught a bad flu. While I was sick, though, I did play quite a bit of TwinBee Taisen Puzzle Dama on my Japanese PS2 (both the TwinBee version and the arcade original). I guess I just wanted something cheerful and happy that wasn't especially involving.

I've also been playing the old version of Heiankyo Alien on my Game Boy Advance SP. I've gotten as far as level 9. I wish I knew if there was actually an ending to the game or if it just goes until 255 or something and loops. If it was the latter, I'd probably give up on it, but if it ended at stage 12 like the new version, I'd stick with it.

I played a little bit more of Atari Anniversary Advance, mostly for more Centipede. I think my highest score now is about 33,000. I don't know how that compares to anyone else, but it seems like I'm getting fairly good at the game.

And, finally, I tried out Galaxy Fraulien Yuna on my PC Engine Duo-RX today. I bought a small assortment of odd imports, but I've only tried out this one so far. It was a pain just to get going since apparently my Duo's memory got screwed up. I lost all my old files and I had to format the RAM. Luckily, I didn't have any especially crucial files, mostly just Dracula X and Dynastic Hero, which are both short games and if I wanted to play I'd just start from the beginning in them anyway. Anyway, Yuna is pretty cute (irritating as hell voice, though), but I don't have the patience to wade through a digital comic right now. It takes a strange kind of mood for me to wanna play a game that's almost nothing but plot and entirely in Japanese. :P

Halo 3 System Link(three player co-op)

Ahh man we had so much fun playing this yesterday <it's AWESOME!!!..that I'm considering buying another Halo 3,another 360 HD and or Memory card.
Went to Toys R Us last Night and:
No Halo 3 in stock(WHAT)..no Memory card in stock...20 gig HD $99.00

My son liked playing three player co-op halo 3 but had no drive to play it today so my buying of the above may not happen..
.................................................. .............................
My Nephew came over with his 360,...Not to use his unit but for his HD,copy of Halo 3 and controller..

I don't have a second copy of Halo 3 nor HD on my second 360 unit...or a third 360 controller.

I let him bring his 360 "system"over because I need to reset his controller back to his system as my Sister will have no clue how to do it.
I don't want to use his system to play the three player Halo 3 because if it Red Lights I don't want to take the blame.
Now if/when I get a second copy of Halo 3,I'll do a three system co-op via three TVs..

Baseball Stars 2..Me=13 to 10
They took a quick lead using up all their power ups..I saved mine till the 8th inning and caught up.
I really felt with the huge lead they had on my that I was going to lose.

Slowly making my way through the three following games. Have no idea why I let myself start up 3 long-term games at a time.

- Odin Sphere (PS2) - Started at ch.1-4 yesterday and am now at ch.2-3. Learning alchemy in the Elrit forest.

- Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass (DS) - Obtained cannon attatchment, got lost in the ghost ship fog, and am now at Molida Island going through the hideway spots. I am also 8W-3L-1T; rank G on mulitplayer battle mode.

- Super Paper Mario (Wii) - Started playing at chapter 2-4 yesterday and am currently at chapter 3-2 having just acquired my third hero chracter.

Oblivion(PS3)

I had the game on my 360 last year, and I loved it. Long story short, I know longer have a 360 and this was the game I missed the most. I'm having a blast playing through it on the PS3!!

Thats about all I got going right now, Oblivion will keep me sucked in for along time!!!

I saved three more Mudokans in Oddworld: Abes Exxodus. Then I played Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back to find the last few gems. Then I ran threw Crash Bandicoot 3 real quick, not geting the hidden items. But it only took me I'd say; four or five hours to beat it, without geting any hidden items. So thats the 31st game beaten in 2007.
