Ugh, so much on my plate...can't beat games anywhere near the pace that a buy/trade/find them.
Worked on the following games the last two days:

- Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3)- just completed the first mission for Manny, the missions on the first island are all finished.

- Silent Hill Origins (PS2) - my wife loves this series so I picked this up and have about 2.5 hours on it...

- God of War (PS2) - having started this a couple weeks ago and then not playing it for awhile I started it up again today in hopes of clearing it off my list knowing that it is a pretty short game. The ORcale was just taken away...

Been playing Crazy Taxi 3 for xbox lately. I kinda forgot how fun the Crazy Taxi games are if you don't burn yourself out playing them for hours straight which I did on the dreamcast versions.

Also I played the demo for Resident Evil 4 off the Gamecube kiosk disc (version 20 I believe) I picked up off ebay recently to make sure the disc was working fine.

I've been playing GTA4 for the past week and a little bit of echochrome. I also picked the Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Harvey Birdman games for PS2, also scored Enchanted Arms (PS3) for $19 at Circuit City, so I've gave them a little go.

I've already beaten Harvey Birdman and while I did enjoy it, I found it to be extremely short and the lack of Stephen Colbert kind of hurt the presentation overall. Overall tho, it was worth the $20 I picked it up for and gave me my Birdman fix.

Are you playing the game in Hard mode? If so, be sure and don't accidentally switch it to Easy (it offers you the option if you die a few times in the same area).

Yea I'm playing on Hard mode. I have a problem with games nowadays seeming to be too easy so I always up the difficulty atleast one spot of every game that gives me the option to do so.

Yesterday, it was back to the Japanese PS2:

Adventure Island (remake) - The updated graphics look pretty good. I don't remember this game being so unforgiving on the NES, but I only rented it back in the day.

Gunbird 1 & 2 - I was determined to play this one with the requisite 3 lives in each. I didn't last long, but the games were fun. The Dreamcast version of Gunbird 2 still looks better, IMO.

Well, I guess I'm pretty much done with Star Ocean 1: First Departure on PSP. I leveled up my Oracle skill to 10 to enter all the rooms attached to the Oracle Room, I got the useless doujinshi in the Trial Cave, and then I beat the Shichisei Ruins surprisingly fast and easily. It definitely didn't put up nearly as much challenge as in the original. The monsters in there also give insane experience, so my levels shot up like crazy. By the time I was done, I was over level 120 with all of my characters. Even more quickly, I laid to waste Gabriel. She's a bit more dangerous than in the original, but with just a tiny bit of preparation, I beat her no sweat. She died so fast I even thought I may have accidentally "cheated" somehow. It's funny because they increased her HP, but she still died faster than in the original. I may spend a little bit of time building levels and proficiency just to ween myself off the game, hehe, but other than that I suppose there's not much left I can do with the file.

I've been playing Mario Galaxy non-stop since I got my Wii last week. I've beaten Bowser and currently have 110 stars. Some of these last few levels are getting a little frustrating.

I've also been sitting down the garden in the sunshine and playing Card Fighters Clash: Capcom Edition and SNK vs Capcom on the Neo Pocket when I've had the chance.

The cabs have Batrider and Zero 3 in them, but I've not been playing since I got Mario.

Playing Mega Man X5. I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with it though, as I've played through 1-8 and X-X4 this year already so I'm kinda burnt out on the series. The bosses in this one seem really uncreative as well (Duff McWhalen, really Capcom?).

Decided to take a break from Mario Galaxy and got Mario Kart today. I've got Golds on all 8 of the 50cc cups so far and 100cc Mushroom Cup. I've been playing with the wheel which seems ok, but can be a little imprecise at times. I'm happy with the choice of classic tracks that have been included, although it's a little strange (but cool) seeing the SNES tracks in 3D.

Well in the past few days I've gone from trying to finish side missions GTA: San Andreas on the XBOX (which I finally beat, but haven't yet completed)... Then I played a brief session of Missile Command for the 2600, and yesterday and today I've been picking up where I left off on RE: Zero for the GC almost a year ago now. I'm really getting pissed off at RE... I foresee myself being stuck in a few days, because I don't have enough ammo and health after saving at the wrong points. Then I'm gonna put the fucker down for quite a while as I don't feel like restarting the whole damn game.

Today, I played the following:

SNK Arcade Classics Vol. 1 (PS2) - I played Neo Turf Masters, Metal Slug, King of the Monsters, Super Sidekicks 3 and beat Shock Troopers to unlock World Heroes.
Kirby's Canvas Curse (DS) - I just started it today. The touch screen actually makes sense here.
Napoleon Dynamite (DS) - This game is a complete piece of crap with Warioware-style gameplay loosely based around the movie's plot.
Pokemon Diamond (DS) - I also just started it today, but I'll probably restart. I named my character Ash after the cartoon, but since I haven't watched the cartoon for years, I don't know what the main character's name is anymore.
