Played Soul Calibur 4 for about a day since I got it cheap from Circuit City. I know why I sold the game in the first place. The game is one of the worst 3d fighters due to the horrible balance. I have about 100 wins and 70% win ratio on ranked matches playing with only Nightmare, a character who was nerfed from the SC3 version of actually being good due to having slightly better reaction time and actually took off more damage than he does now. I haven't been good with Seigfried since SC2 when Nightmare controlled like him.

Maybe I could be like some of the level 70+ players I play against and use Mitsirugi or Xianghua because they're the two most overpowered unbalanced characters, but then what would the difference be in having "different fucking characters."

So yeah. Played it a day and already I'm going to sell it very soon. I might just go ahead and buy Street Fighter 4. Sure it's 59.99, but like every other Street Fighter game, the characters are all balanced to where they are all worth playing if you're good with them.

Having put in way more effort than it should've needed, I finally finished the second Shadow Geyser in Magi Nation on my Game Boy Advance SP. It took forever to map out the damn place, and even with the map I was still getting confused over which order to hit switches to get to where I wanted to go. It's pretty ridiculous because nearly everything before that was extremely straightforward. Hopefully I can go back to making quick progress now.

I also beat some rock monster boss in Rayman on PlayStation, since my boyfriend's little sister couldn't get past him.

Picked up Mega Man Zero and then finally finished it. Didn't really take that long, finished the rest of it in a single day.

The Zero series is a joke. I'm sure the creators are over there are Capcom laughing at how they could make such a crappy series and still have so Mega Man fans left, though the same could probably be said about Sega and the new Sonic games.

The weapon combo thing in the Zero things has always been a good idea I've thought, but the level design is terrible, so it's nothing more than a very awesome idea poorly laid out because they wanted to throw the game out there.

Our local shop decided to toss all of their Xbox sports games into a bin for two bux each, so I decided that it was a sign from the gaming gods for me to flesh out my zero-count sports section of my Xbox collection. I picked up about 15 of them across all sports.....so far. I'm playing NHL2K5 and Links 2004, which kicks the crap out of the Tiger Woods game from the same year. I'm also playing Auto Modellista on the Xbox. Many hated it, but it's one of my faves and I own it cross platform. Not playing any more PS3, since I'm selling my 60 gig to help finance my new race bike. That and the fact that all I seem to be interested in is the original Xbox.

Yesterday. Super Castlevania 4 and Super Street Fighter 2. I ended up beating Super Street Fighter 2 on the default settings only losing at Sagat.

Today I'm playing Hyper Street Fighter 2. First time I've played it and I'm getting my ass beat. Previously I said normal but I actually didn't read what I was choosing and thought that the Speed was the difficulty. So what I'm guessing is that there's one difficulty. That difficulty is "you're gonna get raped." Anyways. Street Fighter 4 on hardest was a joke compared to this and I beat that like nothing. Is it just me or is this game hard as hell?

I have noticed that AI gets quite alot more of their super bar up when hitting the player, getting blocked by an attack, or using a special attack in general. Atleast 400% more than the player does per same.

I just started up a new game of Castlevania: Circle of the Moon for the GBA. I don't know why but this has always been my favorite installment of the Castlevania series. Maybe it's the music or dark & gritty feel of it all?
