The races are starting to get tougher, and one of the factors is probably my starter-level Subaru Impreza. I've given it all the best upgrades, and it seems to be as powerful as it can get. And nitro can only go so far. Time to upgrade to a more powerful car. I want a WRX, but it's still locked. Looks like I'll have to try my luck with a Nissan Z or a Supra.

Chrono Trigger (SNES)..I must be addicted because I played for 11 hours after coming home from taking my Mom out to eat..good stuff as I played and completed Chrono Cross on the PS1 a couple times, probably put close to 400+ hours into that masterpiece. I never had the honor to play CT back in the day so owning it now is great, I knew I was going to like it...but two 11 hours play throughs in back to back days is that common  ..just kidding I know it is :D

I wound up buying a Nissan Z. Then I completed a set of crew races and unlocked a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII, so that's my main car now. I sold off the Impreza. When I unlock the best Impreza in the game (I'm a couple crew races away from doing so) I'll get another one. Also, I'm pretty sure I'm past the halfway mark of the game now.

I have spent a lot of time doing old races in the Lancer trying to max out my respect points. I'm getting a good amount of extra money for it, though.

I've started with another round of Champions Of Norrath, but I didn't bother to play more than half an hour because the level I'm in at the moment sucks big time! I have to collect souls and bring them to the wind level. On the first rounds I or the souls got killed several times and finally I managed to get one soul to the next level. In the next try I got all three souls to the teleporter but only two got teleportet. Yeah great... Then I stopped playing.

I also gave my new MotU game a try. It's nothing special but also not too bad. The controls are neat and also the moves of He-Man. You run around, sly some robots, collect keys and open gates to the next parts of the level. Simple but ok. But to be honest, if it wasn't for the MotU franchise I wouldn't care much.

Last but not least I played some Final Fantasy II on the GBA (Dawn Of Souls). I've started a new game and this time I got into it way better. I got the first few keywords and now I'm off to get the Mithril. The fighting and magic system is fun and it's also cool that you can use items and the codes you've learned on the people you meet. I took my GBA to work so I can play on during lunch break.

Tron 2.0 Killer App =Shelved..

I heard a lot of good things about the game and was enjoying it for what it was..Sure the lightcycles rock but IMO the game is a bore..
Downloading stuff and more stuff, load times etc...what a waste of time..

Give me full everything, not having to download shit and I would of deal with anything else..
Right as I was almost deciding to continue the game I got caught in a glitch(Caught between doors)that was the deciding factor to shelf this sucker.
I have way to many games to keep going with this dragging game..

I pulled Combat II Task Force 121 off the shelf and started playing that..I already was having much more fun with this game in the first 10 minutes.

Someday I'll finish Tron 2.0 Killer App .....for I've always been a Tron fan..I have a book from the Movie sitting within my Gaming collection..

I played another session of Champions Of Norrat. I've managed to collect all the souls now and to free the captures fairy lady (can't remember the name). All I have to do now is beat Innoruk and then I'm done with the game. I just tried it once and lost but I'm sure I'll finish the game soon.

I've also continued playing FF II on the GBA. I got the Mithril but only two members of my part were alive after the fight against the sergeant. But I still could go back to all the levels of the dungeon to reach Salamand. I need to revive my members now and then go back to the other cities to buy more magic and stuff. I still love this game and the story is also very interesting. Can't wait until my break comes so I can play on.

Combat: Task Force 121..

The game is nothing to rave about but it's no walk in the park.
I'm playing on normal difficulty and I have no automatic aiming..So it's really easy to get killed as I have to hide and poke/peek shots at the enemy AI.

It's keeping me interested so far..

Today I plan to finish Champions Of Norrat, Inorukk is waiting for his dead and soon the World will be a save place again! As soon as I have finished the game I'll start with Heroes Of Might And Magic, I wonder if it's as good as Baldur's Gate and the likes.

Whew what a long busy day..

I started out playing the Tekken 3 machine against the computer waiting on heading out to a Birthday party.
My wife walks up to the machine and we start playing..She kept kicking my ass over and over as she's great with fighting games.
Eventually using blocks I was able to win a few rounds.
We just kept playing ...I had already took a shower and now was all sweated up and had to shower again/we were really going at it..
All in all she won the most battles/games today.

When I came home I decided to install a KLAX pcb/kit I bought off of Ebay in the small cab in my kitchen..
I had to add re-hook up a -5V line and try it out first reading the manual well.
I fire it up and it works GREAT!!..
I had the pcb out of the cab while my wife was trying it out..she must of played the game for an hour before I was able to turn the machine off and secure the pcb in the cab..
I removed the Neo Geo 1 slot in the cab and this machine will now become a Dedicated KLAX cab.

This KLAX game just fits this cab well..with the cabs age,the Sound,set-up etc..
I have to set-up the Art work etc during the week and get some side Art="the Hand")...(project)

After I returned the cab to it's spot(wheels on it now)..my wife just kept playing the game, what a way to give it a great testing..
We eventually started playing a two player simultaneous game against each other and she beat me as usual..I can get up to level 9 and she reaches 20 before I gave up..

She wound up playing again reaching level 21 before she got tired after 12 midnight.
There are two games my wife is fondest of....One is Bust a Move/Puzzle Bobble and the other is KLAX.
She's really happy with this game in the cab..
I'm curious as to just how many levels does KLAX have..?

otherwise:
No more then 5 minutes of Combat II tonight as I'm beat!!
