Man, I've played so little recently that I had to go back over 10 pages just to find my previous post in this topic, and even then I wasn't seriously playing anything.
Since then, all I can recall playing was a tiny bit of TwinBee Taisen Puzzle Dama on my Japanese PlayStation 2, a little bit of ActRaiser and Magical Drop III via Super Nintendo and Neo Geo emulation respectively, King's Field and Army Men: World War - Team Assault to test out some PlayStation systems I'm gonna sell, and probably what would amount to around half the Neo Geo Pocket Color's library, briefly, also for testing purposes.
As for any real gaming? Well, now that I'm on spring break, I'm just trying to once again get back into Magi Nation on my Game Boy Advance SP and Infinite Undiscovery for Xbox 360, but I can't really get myself excited about either. I didn't really get anywhere with Magi Nation since I'm supposed to find some stupid monster, and the game gives virtually no direction as to which generic looking dungeon I'll encounter it in. I don't know why this game has such a strong fan base, since I find it more and more boring the longer I play it. Infinite Undiscovery is going better, and it's probably more my mood to blame than the game itself in terms of why I haven't been playing. I played for a couple hours and did some side quests that opened up after destroying the chain at Vesplume Tower, but I've yet to do any story progress. I better get my fill of the game now since when I go on vacation in a little over a month, I'll have to leave all my modern systems behind (besides DS, at least). Honestly, I'm kinda looking forward to that and starting fresh with some new gaming for the summer.

lost odyssey (360)
playing this game, it seems like a case-in-point for why japanese devs are falling behind the rest of the world. this is an old game with a fresh coat of paint. unnatural animations, text boxes instead of voice acting in anything but cutscenes, random battles, save points (instead of now-standard save anywhere) no quest log/direction, and a finicky fixed camera. add to that the uneven difficulty curve and the under-par visuals for an ue3 game and it adds up to an unpleasantly anachronistic experience.
that said, i'm still going to keep playing it bc i like the ffx-style battling, the text sections are well-written (if small on my sdtv), and jansen is keeping the muddled plot from becoming boring. i'm holding out hope it'll get better since i'm only about 10 hrs in.

Big Red
Candy Cab
Pinball Machine.
Ms Pac man cocktail
Touch master 7000
Americana Pool Bar top
The Big Red I did first and had a lot of energy when I did it...I had the monitor and coin door out of it..It was so much better to move it with no Monitor in it..
.I put the Monitor and coin door set up back in by myself later..It's SOOOO easy to remove and put the monitor back in..I didn't even mark up the machine..Since the repair the monitor looks crystal clear.
I was worn out by the time we got to the Candy cab so it felt the heaviest.

I've been playing Unreal Tournament 3 alot. I hate the game because it makes me cuss more than any other game I own. Half the time today I got first place each match, but it pisses me off so badly when I'm fighting someone else and I get shot in the back with a rocket launcher or someone comes around the corner with a link gun/stinger mini gun, kills me and then finishes them off.
I know it's pointless to complain about it because I could always do nothing but duels and if I saw a person running, I know I'd shoot them in the back too. I think I have a bit of a temper, though honestly wish I didn't.
However. Picking up Dragon Quest Monsters Joker so I can finish it and be done with it. The game is really good game, but I've enjoyed the rest of the DWM games much more. I want to finish this so I can get to DQ3R. I still need to finish Prinny too. Haven't touched it since I finished the one boss after getting the desert(how long has it been since I've been my last game. Couple weeks actually.)

I made some real progress in Infinite Undiscovery on Xbox 360 now. I destroyed the Cerulean Chain at Port Zala, but I spent most of my time farting around the town. I swear, this game has barely any dungeon-crawling. It's mostly just towns and big empty spaces between them. I've done, what, maybe two real dungeons? I'm not really complaining because I like doing side quests and what have you, but, still, this game feels like tri-Ace ran out of time or space or something.

How is Superman Returns? I was a big fan of the film, I'm also a bit of a DC comics nut. The game looked intriguing, but I kind of forgot about it. Should I bother looking into it?

It's pretty fun, isn't as bad as everyone says it is...like flying around the city and started it, need to get back to it...I bought mine new for $30 awhile back, say if you can find it cheaper under $20 go ahead and pick it up, like you I'm a fan I really liked of what I played so far. Wow, talk about disjointed. Infinite Undiscovery for Xbox 360 felt funny before, but now it's just ridiculous. So I'm in Halgita now, having passed through Kolton as well. So from Port Zala, I took a ship to Kolton, which is a snowy town. From there I was told to head to Halgita, and to get to the next "overworld" section I have to go to a... teleporter? What the heck? It make sense in Star Ocean, but it totally doesn't fit with this game's theme. And the teleporter drops me in a jungle? From snow to jungle? I don't think these areas are supposed to even be that far apart. I travel through the jungle and reach the point in which I enter the next town, except... I'm still deep in the jungle. There's no town to be seen in the distance whatsoever, just more of the same jungle. Then once I enter Halgita, I turn around and look toward the exit... and it's just solid white light nothingness. No jungle, no teleporter, no anything, NOTHING. And then when I explore the town, I discover that it's a bizarre mixture of half European-style characters and half Japanese-themed characters, in completely European-style architecture. I'm convinced that they had another town that they scrapped and then threw the Japanese characters in this one. At this point, the game is screaming unfinished. It's not hurting the fun of playing it, but it's making for a bizarre experience.

Well. Even though everyone else has probably played it, I had Dragon Quest Monsters Joker in my DS for awhile. I wanted to atleast finish it before I went to another game.
But anyways. Started playing Retro Game Challenge. I've so far finished all the challenges on Cosmic Gate and Haggleman. Both games are very good. With Cosmic Gate I actually got into the 20's before I found out how to get a warp to appear. Then it took me awhile to get the second gate because I thought you had to shoot the enemies mid flight(which later I found out that you can wait as long as you want to shoot them, just as long as you shoot them first.) I also really liked Haggleman. Simple yet addictive.
