Got up to Guts Man in Mega Man 7 and he BEAT my ass. He's a lot tougher this time. I'll probably try hardcore to beat it tomorrow after I get home from the swap. Then I think I'll be playing the SNES Shadowrun, god I loved that when I played it on emulation.

Trotted out Gallop Racer for the PS2 and played some Blue Stinger for the DC. BTW, Blue Stinger is an awesome game, I loved the atmosphere and excellent graphics on this DC classic, I picked it up for a couple of bucks way back when, it had gotten butchered in a lot of the game mags, but I loved it. Just goes to show you that a lot of the game reviewers in mags wouldn't know a good game if it bit them on their butt. :)
I totally agree with you on that DC Blue Stinger..It's one of my all time favorite games....Awesome Game..
You know I almost played it again today since I was playing DC games..

I played the Men of Valor demo again.....I love the sneaking through the tall grass not knowing what's going to pop out at you game-play.
(Vietnam)
The enemies are pretty much located in the same place due to this linear level.
But they do change where they attack from and may take a different route to get to you where they aren't on linear tracks.
Basically it depends on where you are located while approaching them, the fight gets different.
Where you stand or how you attack makes a difference on who you shoot or your comrades shoot ..plus after the level is over you can see your statistics..(head shots etc)Replay Value..
Then I tried ..Thief: Deadly Shadows demo..
I got through the first level a few times no problem..(had to stop playing)
Then when I got to the second level the difficulty jumped...
I got my but kicked by the guards..It's hard.....I'll try again tomorrow..
I like this game..it's very challenging...I want to buy this one..
Then I started playing Hitman: Contracts..again
I haven't been able to do a level with full Stealth until tonight.
I was able to get to a perfect Sniper location and kill the objective/escape with no firefights..
That mission was enjoyable....and I saved the game right before the EXIT and went and shot-had firefights with everyone one I could..(pure fun)

I got Austin Powers Pinball for the PS1 in the mail yesterday and I played that for awhile...okay, it's not exactly hi-tech gaming but I thought it was okay. Right now I'm in a PS1 buying mode and may buy more pinball and puzzle games over the next month or so...

After a couple more Austin Power Pinball games, I revved up my GC and played a couple of games of MVP Baseball 2004...I traded SP Kris Benson to the Mets for 3B Ty Wiggington since that trade happened in real life...my Pirates team is about a game under .500, very close to what the real Pirates are doing.

Here's an odd play that happened in my video game just now of MVP Baseball 2004. I'm playing as the Pirates and my pitcher (Kip Wells) is batting and he pops it up. The first baseman positions himself to catch the ball and he's right at 1st base...just before he is to catch the ball, Wells rounds 1st base and nudges the fielder away from the bag just a bit...and the ball hits the ground and he's safe! Is that weird or what?

Finished..HITMAN CONTRACTS tonight..
It's been a very hectic day and I spent these late hours playing this game to the end.
I am playing the following:
Battle Garegga (SS-J)
Class shooter
Metal Slug (SS-J)
Even with the RAM card, this still loads a lot, but is worth it:)
Cleopatra Fortune (SS-J)
This originally was a Taito arcade game and was first ported to the Sega Saturn before it got converted to the PS and DC. I have been told the SS version is the best.
Wario World (GC)
This is pretty nice, "Have a rotten day" is a funny line used by Wario.

I love the way my 3 yr old Son just knows how or easily learns how to play something.
He's Playing this Electronic tabletop POKE'MON Pinball game and he knows exactly how to play it.
I never showed him how to play that and it's hard enough for me to understand how to set up the players etc.
And he's doing better then I do in this game..
He's sitting there pulling the plunger hitting the ball and using the flippers to hit the ball ..It's freaken amazing to see this when I just can't figure how he knows this.
He knows Pinball from mini versions I have(steel ball)
But,
This is an electronic ball machine whereas it's just a red dot that moves around..
I guess it's in the Blood..

I opened it to verify that it is that color in the box..(Black)
After making a few calls today to various gamestores with no luck.
I called Game"Spot"on rte 17 and they said they had a Green one and a Black one $50.00..one of each..
That store is not really in the direction I needed to travel today so I called EB in the Willowbrook Mall again (hoping)
They've been sold out on these all week.
The employee said he just got 3 of them in and they are "Green"....He never heard of a Black version.(that there only is a Green version)
So I went there, and the 3 that they had are all like mine, what looks to be Black to me....(But he still said it's Green when I asked..?).
From what I seen online the Green Version is ALL green..

SILENT SCOPE COMPLETE.
Oh I'm loving it..This so damn awesome...
I have to say this rifle is a bit heavy and if you can play this game standing up I tip my hat to you..(It's rough like that)
But thinking in a snipers sense you would most likely be kneeling or lying down.
So I have it set up where I sit on the couch and rest my arms on the cushioned stool...with the rifles rounded bottom in the middle of the stool..
I can tilt and go side to side easier then even kneeling.....Sort in like how the set-up is like with the Arcade machine, that's what I'm trying to recreate.
It works like this really well this way and is very steady..
Thank goodness I bought these not to tall stools for my Arcade machines.
My TV is level with the Gun tip when it's on the stool so it's perfect..
The game itself has so much to play that no matter what you'll find something in it that you'll be able to get right into..
I admit I SUCK at the Scope Games in the Arcades...I can't see someone actually playing this without some sort of base set-up without having massive arms...
The Coolest feature on this gun is the Scope..There is a Sensor near it that Zooms the Scope in when you put your eye up to it/fully adjustable..
Zooming in and out as you look in it.
Or you can just push a button or pull back on the Shot Gun reload part and I'll zoom up without looking through the scope..
I like the fact that I can unplug it and the XBox remembers the Calibration so I can just plug and Play..
I didn't try everything yet...There are settings I can change for BURST/Auto Reload etc..
Here's an idea Of the size of this Rifle..

True...
When I originally saw the fully Green version I was like :puke:
I thought it looked like a space gun and thought I may have been looking at the wrong picture.
It totally doesn't go well with what a real sniper rifle looks like..Works well though and fits as a rifle well..but.. LOL it's ugly.. :P
My buddy in Texas kept telling me how much fun he was having with it so I decided to hunt it down and I'm so glad that I at least got the version that's more black..
The stock part is really ugly..... but damn comfortable...
If I really had my choice I'd take a Stock off of one of my PONG type rifles since they look real and modify it to this..
But it wouldn't work right then..
but, like you said (At least you dont have to look at it when your using it) ;)

I simmed through most of a season of MVP Baseball 2004 just to save up enough MVP points so I could unlock Willie Stargell. Now I'm starting up a new season with him as my 1B. To afford him, I had to cut about 5 or 6 players (main and minor clubs) so now I have no money to get any new plpayers. I figure he'll give me some added offense. So naturally, here I am in my first game of the season...tied and playing the 13th season as I speak (type)...

Played a little bit of Air Zonk on my DUO. Fucken spiffy game.
I've also been replaying Final Fantasy II on the SNES. Dark Crystals, here I come =D.

finally finished Tales of Symphonia last night. It took roughly 57 hours to beat. This is the first RPg I've played through in a long time, and I always forget how long they are. Great game all the way though.

Finished Tales of Symphonia yesterday (time = 49:31), so now I am playing Bujingai for the PS2. I'm on stage 5 now. Awesome action game!
