I played a handful of games today, mostly on a Dreamcast NES emualtor. Kirby Adventure; Tetris, Super Mario Brothers 2, Super Mario Brothers 3 and Felix the Cat.
Then I finally started playing Onimusha for the PS2 for the first time. I figured that for $3 I couldnt pass up buying it. So far I like the game, other than the controlls.

Finally got a large screen (40") LCD TV 2 wks ago, been enjoying games on that. PS2 is always hooked up for DVD, & I tried the Yobo on it. Been thinking about hooking up SNES. Wifey says I cant leave anything on it except PS2.

Right now my re-discovered Jaguar is hooked up, & I just finished AvP (Marine) for the nth time & started over as the Predator. What a great game! Also love Tempest 2000/Defender 2000 on it, & I reset the Super BurnOut cart scores to get records all over again.

& I'm doing all this AFTER I started Tomb Raider: Legend.

Championship Pro Am (Genesis):

Scored this complete and mint for $4 a few days ago. Awesome! I knew it was based off the NES game, but I didn't know it was basically exactly the same down to the music...except for better graphics and higher quality sound of course. A true classic...I love this game!

Super Mario World-SNES. I got out of the Forest of Illusion. I'll play through World 6 tomorrow.

Custom Robo-GameCube. I scored a complete used copy of this game for $6.99 a few weeks ago. Man, this is a fun game. Nothing really complex. Just run around in a small arena, shooting missiles, bombs, and lasers at the enemy. Just the type of game I'm in the mood for.

Early dismorning/last night (around 1 a.m. when I got home from work) I played Onimusha until I went to sleep. Then when I woke up I played a few races in Gran Turismo 4, and decided to fight the first boss in Shadow of the Colossus.

My brother discovered that Final Fantasy III (VI) has a 2 player mode so we've been roughing through that one on an SNES Emulator for a while now...funny thing is I don't consider myself to be much of a fan or RPG's, but I guess this is what makes FF so different. I'd pay to see a remake of this game. Dare I say that the story is more interesting than (GASP) Final Fantasy VII?! After that it's either Godhand or Shadow of The Colossus for PS2.

A few more puzzles. The last one took me ~20mins to complete. Ouch. And i'm not even up to puzzle 70 out of the first 100. And there are 10 sets of 1000. Hmm...

More Brain Training DS
I've been meaning to buy this for a while then just before i went to the supermarket last night there was an advert for it on telly. Hmm, advertising doesn't affect me at all! Its really good though. The stupid "rock, paper, scissors" is hard and i've always said "stone" instead of "rock". Some of the other games are pretty good. The one with the number following on i can see getting intense. Well, its muchos fun and hopefully i'll play it every day

I played Jaki Crush for the first time today. I was a bit disappointed, but maybe I'll like it more when I don't suck so bad.
I'll probably play some Super Street Fighter II for Genesis later. Something about being able to face all of the characters in 1p mode instead of just 12 makes the drab color and crappy voice samples bearable.

Just a couple of quick 2 player goes

Sonic & The Secret Rings - Wii
Oh dear, I thought I'd show this to someone and they hated it and I remembered just why I hated it and then we tried the multiplayer which had us laughing a lot but not because it was good but because it was so horrible. You never feel in control in either the single or multi-player games.

Sega Rally 2 - Dreamcast
Played through all of the different tracks in 2 player and then i started some of the single-player campaign. Its so good, and so simple. I wonder if the new game is like this at all.

Slide Adventure: Mag Kid - DS
Its the game with the optical mouse attachment where you slide the DS about to control it. And its good fun! You beat enemies and then combine with them to give you new abilities and then go about solving puzzles. A very old school feeling game and i like it.
