I couldn't be patient enough for the US version this fall, tired of hurting my eyes to see it on a tiny emulator, so I got the hookup on a Japanese version of the game, it's as fun if not more than the first game.

1 vs 100.
Spent some time w/ PS2 Outrun2006 Coast2Coast. Takes up a healthy chunk of a memcard (1.5 MB) but this game seems to have it all. I'm coasting thru the Flagman challenges & bought another car, songtracks, & several car colors.
Also tried Wii Williams Pinball w/ my 15-month-old boys, they dont get it yet. & I hope to redeem myself on Mario Party 8 later tonight, my wife whipped my ass 3/5 games last week. :(

Dragon Ball Z Infinite World
It takes the best of Budokai 3 and the best of the Shin Budokai games and mixes them together. Like the back of the box says, it really is the best of the Budokai series.
With a solid fighting system and the most characters on a Budokai game, the game still gets bashed. The reason is the Dragon Mission mode. People bash it is because of the mini modes in between. Some are actually decent modes and it breaks the tension of fighting the entire time. After finishing them you don't ever have to do them again, so I don't really see what the real problem is.
Just like Budokai 3 the game is broken if you're too good at it. Something that I can say that while I'm good, I'm not much of a cancel combo person so if I ever fought any players that were actually really good using that type of style, I wouldn't stand a chance.

Played alot of games today. Dissidia Final Fantasy, Dracula X(played and finished,) Cybernator(played and finished,) Lufia, DBZ Infinite World, and that piece of shit Street Fighter 4.
Attempting to actually finish all the hard trials on SF4 and I'm actually close. Then some extreme bullshit happens. Playing C. Vipers hard trial #2 and I get fucked over all to hell. I'm already playing it today for two hours straight, and I finally pull the entire combo off, but during the ultra I notice that it isn't showing the cancel. It's obvious I did it because I noticed that faggot looking useless piece of shit cancel slap and she moaned like usual when using it. Because of some fucking flaw in the game, maybe I did the cancel too fucking well or some bullshit, but it didn't show the cancel highlighted but everything else was still highlighted(sometimes it also removes all the highlights during the cancel and before it even finishes. God damn what a fucking shitty game SF4 is. As soon as I finish all these trials the only thing left to do is finish the normal trials, all the time trial matches, and all the survival matches which probably shouldn't be too hard(atleast possible without trying the same thing for four+ hours in a row which some took me.)
After getting the platinum trophy because I'm so close already. I'm contemplating on either removing the game from the box breaking it in half, mailing it back to Crapcom and telling them to stop making shitty games. Or maybe I'd put it in my cats litter box for the cat to take a shit on the game, then put it all in a bag and mail it to Crapcom in which they'd probably get the idea that the game is a piece of shit, but incase they're not that bright, I'd still leave the note.

You ought to try Resident Evil 5. The game is pretty damn fun co-op.

Resident Evil 5 has a huge flaw but also the same flaw RE4 has. They take the RE series and try to turn it into a third person version of an FPS game with sluggish control. I love the RE series, but it's no longer survival horror than just blow everything up, and in that case, I'd rather play an FPS which is also a genre I don't enjoy.
If the Outbreak series didn't have such horrible load times I'd play those more often, even if I would have to play alone because the network was removed. Aside from the load times, Outbreak 1 and 2 are amazing games. I'd like to someday see an Outbreak 3 but this one with minimal to no load times, or if they remake Outbreak 1 and 2 but on a single disc and no more than five second load times I'd buy it first day.

Have you tried RE5? It's great fun, but you gotta look at it as a seperate game from the past RE games. I wouldn't recommend it though if you would play through it by yourself, but the online co-op is what is great.
Played some RE5 yesterday. :D My friend and I are going through it on Pro. I didn't think it would be this hard...!

Played the demo of Mirror's Edge yesterday. Thought it was really good so ended up picking up the game today and playing that. I've always liked platformers as my second favorite genre, and even though a first person platformer isn't original, I have to say it's probably the best of them. This is definitely a must buy game if you own a PS360.
Anyways, I also played a little bit of Dissidia, Lufia, but still haven't played anymore of Crimson Gem Saga since I'm deciding I'll finish Lufia before I really get into that one. The only thing that sucks when playing Lufia on my PSP instead of my SNES is the fact that the battery on my PSP decides it'd like to pick the most opportune moments to get low. The 30 minutes to an hour I was playing Crimson Gem Saga on lunch the other day at work and then didn't charge the system, only to play it at my uncles house for about an hour, then my friends house before and then after picking his wife up from work. Then the SNES emulator because 20 minutes are left on the battery disables SRAM and there's absolutely no way to renable it without plugging in the battery charger. As it happens, the period of time where I played the longest(about two hours before it got low,) I didn't save one time. :(. I need to start keeping my charger in my car again.

To answer your questions, 1 vs 100 is pretty much just a standard quiz game, but it's fun to play with friends just like all trivia games. It's very much 360 only, it's even Gold-Exclusive. If you manage to get picked for the mob or the one and do well, you can win free arcade games and microsoft points. Getting questions right also usually counts as entries in some sort of prize raffle contest too.

Let me know what you think of the whole game when you're done. I liked it, but VI's story is a ton better so far.
Boy, I was dragging my feet on that one. :P I finally finished off Final Fantasy II about a week or two ago, but at least the delay wasn't in relation to the quality of the final portion of the game, unlike when I was playing Final Fantasy III on DS. Overall, my opinion of the game is pretty much the same as it was earlier on, and I appreciate that consistency. It wasn't extremely memorable nor will it rank up their with my favorite RPGs, but it was a fairly pleasant experience. And I can really appreciate all that it contributed to the genre. Just about all of my favorite RPGs came many years after FFIV, and I know I wouldn't have, say, my much-loved Chrono Trigger without it. My only real complaint was that I think it could've been a touch shorter. I really felt like I was blowing through the game fast, so I was amazed when I had actually racked up nearly 40 hours when I was done. I know I wasted some time here and there but still. Although, on the flip side of it, I can appreciate a game that offers such a long-lasting experience back in that day and age. I'm sure it was a dream come true for kids that had to wait months or a full year before their next opportunity to get a brand new game to play.
Anyway, since wrapping that up (I considered chasing after rare item drops, but I decided that would be too tedious), I spent about a week of casual playing doing every last little thing in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards on Nintendo 64. It was really nice to give the N64 some love again since I've really been neglecting it for the last few years, and I'm so glad I chose to play through this one. As much as I may focus on RPGs, nothing is as satisfying as a good platformer, and Kirby is pretty much always great. Kirby Super Star is still tops in my book since it's longer, harder, and faster, but what an excellent addition to the N64 library. I really wish there were more sidescrolling 3D platformers. Somehow the angles and sense of depth is even more impressive on a restricted plane than when you can move freely. It comes off as very cinematic, and the cut scenes in Kirby 64 don't hurt either. Hal Laboratories has such an eye for detail, making the game just brimming with style, charm, and humor. The quality of the graphics help a lot with that, though. You could honestly tell me that it's a modern game and that's simply its visual style, and I'd almost believe it. The music is so catchy too. And even though it has the collectathon element in the shards, it's really quite clever how many of them are hidden. Needless to say, I had a great time with Kirby 64 and could gush even more, and it's a shame I'm already done with it. But it did have some decent lasting value between getting all the shards, collecting all the enemy info cards, beating all the mini-games on Intense, and surviving the boss gauntlet.
And finally I've been playing Castlevania: Circle of the Moon off and on on my Game Boy Advance SP, just farming items.
