Today so far I've played Crash Bandicoot 2 and Crash Bandicoot 3. I collected all 42 gems in Crash Bandicoot 2 now, and I'm on level 20 over Crash Bandicoot 3 so another five levels and one more boss and I'll have it finished. Then I was thinking about either starting Fable, Disgaea 2 or playing some Yo Noid for the NES. I havent decided which to play yet.

Other than that, I played Puss N' Boots (NES), which I also picked up today; two-player Dr. Mario (NES); Yoshi's Cookie (SNES); and started playing Uninvited (NES).

I'm going to try and run threw it without using a strategy guide, I've played threw it once a year or so ago using a guide from gamefaqs. I dont know how much of it I remember but as I play threw I should be able to remember some things along the way.

This weekend was the first time i've played computer games in a good few weeks:

We Love Katamari - PS2
Got some more cousins and tried in vain to get the present on the underwater level. It also appears there is a 2nd cousin to collect on the training level but I don't appear to see one, hmm, one to explore later I think.

Essential Sudoku DS
Did some more picross so i'm almost at 70 completed out of 1000!

Unou No Tatsujin: Soukai! Machigai Museum - DS
Reverse level 4-10 is killing me. I believe this game has now been released in the US and in Japan there is a sequal. Also did the last few puzzles and it unlocked a bonus 10 puzzles, woo!

Sonic Triple Trouble - PS2
Got out the Sonic Gems Collection to play Sonic CD but decided to give a couple of Game Gear games a go. And oh dear, this is dreadful. Slow slow slow and uninteresting. The sound chip sounds horrible as well.

Sonic Drift 2 - PS2
This game was horrible as well. Really really bad. I've no idea why it awarded me a win on the first few races. To make sure I didn't just suck but do like old style sprite based racing games I played:

Hang-On - Dreamcast
and it was excellent. I still believe I can complete this. It seems more about overtaking the over bikes now. After a while I didn't get any further so turned to the pure thrills of:

Outrun 2006:Coast 2 Coast - PS2
And beat some more flagman challenges and bought a couple of songs. Good times

There is a DS game called Essential Sudoku DS which features 1000 Picross puzzles in addition to 1000 sudoku puzzles. I believe it is a menu translation of one of the many similar games released in Japan. So if you ever need any more portable picross action this game should provide more than enough...

The last two days I have been cleaning and organizing my room of doom. While organizing my Genesis collection (680 different games, 28 games away from a complete collection.) I realized I havent played probably a quarter of them. So after I finished organizing my room of doom a little. I spent half the day Sunday, and almost the entire day today just trying different Genesis games I havent gotten around to playing over the last six years.

So I picked a lot of different games over the last two days. But here's what I remember with out thinking to incredibily hard.

Zero: The Kamikazee Squirrel; Aerobiz: Supersonic; Dino Land; Zany Golf; Asterix and the Great Rescue; Chiki Chiki Boys; Marsupilami; Steel Empire; Art of Fighting

Well this is just being biais (I totally spelt that wrong). I spent $75 in total (shipping, exchange, etc) for mine off of ebay. I kinda regret spending that much. But I love it that much, when I started playing it again after 8-9years...I was smiling with glee and giggling. I mainly only bought it for the memories. It was the first game I ever beat (I was 9 or 10), and when I rented it, I pretty much moved into my family room and slept on the floor and played it FAR into the night for a week. Haha. I would only leave the room to eat, shower, use the toilet. Also, you can make it 2players, so when you team up with another character in the game, you can have a friend play along. If you don't, that other character is on auto anyway. I find that pretty awesome. Haha yeah. And those two games you're playing, those are on my want-badly-list.

Current games I'm playing:
Croc: The Legend of the Gobbos (ps1): As displeased as I am that I only bought the disc not the complete set like I thought I was buying...I still missed it.
Legend Of Mana (ps1)
Harvest Moon 64.

Team Fortress 2....This game has a ton of lag-I constantly hear people complaining about it...I read it's due to a fix-patch needed to be made or a person with a shitty connection trying to host a 16 player game.
it's so bad that the game will hiccup to the point of not being playable...When I first played this game I got the lag then
I went through three games like this last night and had to quit, then nothing was available..the whole thing went down, then it came back up and flooded with players.
The lag was gone and I got about an hour in of gameplay at full speed..but I didn't really accomplish anything..the opposing team had a better plan and a more rounded team of characters.
The opposing team kept owning us..I was able to take out a few key points but I got bored after dying over and over so I quit at the next game start up=The main problem is that there was no communication from the player to accomplish a goal..it was just a big brag fest of who was better at what inwhich led to our team getting an ass whooping.

Son wanted to play COD3..So I fired up both 360s and we could not get into the same game.
So I hosted my own...
It flooded with people right away to a full game...
I got a phone call and them my 360 froze up....the hosting of the game then jumped to my Sons 360..
I could not get back in via I could not find "join Session" by finding my Sons name in my friendslist.
So I searched the game=custom games and found him..I was able to get back into the game this way and we continued playing/other maps for like 3hours.
I didn't do real well last night..I was more focused on teaching my son how to play this game like me..
Eventually I got my focus back after seeing him mow down three guys(it was freaken awesome)
He got tired and at the next game lobby I turned the systems off.

Got this today..Pretty Cool...I'm amazed at the actual size of the Helmet..
My Sons going to go nuts over it..

360 COD3

I actually wasn't going to play today..but I wanted to mess with both 360s settings as I have a hard time getting both 360s in the same 360 game unless I host it.
Checked-set everything up to the port fowarding...My wife looked for an hour trying to figure out how to port foward but we can't figure out how to do it.
She wound up messing with my Sons 360 while I was in a game/she did some button presses and bam he was in the same game as me.
Throughout the night she did the same thing three times to get him in a game with me.
I was ON FIRE tonight in COD3..finishing in every full game at the top of the list..

My sons not too shabby either..
