Going totally oldschool playing it without any guides, and making my own map on graph paper. :) Hard as nails, though, compared to the rest of the games in the series...

I'm still playing Champions Of Norrath like crazy. I've managed the part in the clouds tower where I was stuck and now I'm in the underwater world (I don't know the English name of it since I play the German version). I still think it's a great game and I can't wait until I get the second part of it.

Besides that I played a bit of Alleways on the old Gameboy. I'm at my father's place right now and it's the only consoles he has. Unfortunatly the Gameboy is damaged and I could only play the first level until it broke down. Besides that I played a bit of Zoo Tycoon on the PC. Well, it was more like my Dad played because I didn't know the controlls. But it's a great game and you can even get animals like dinosaurs, bigfoots and other strange stuff.

I'm playing tons of Chrono Trigger and Grandia 2 recently. I just reached Magus' castle in Chrono Trigger. This playthrough, I plan to get every ending in New Game+ mode. I think I'm nearing the end of Grandia 2....It's an amazing game, easily one of the best dreamcast games ever. I sure hope Grandia 3 lives up to its legacy...

well I'm in the middle of a huge move from Sacramento, CA to Portland, OR. The first shippment of boxes to my new home were all the things I new I wanted to keep like video games. I've held on to most of my N-Gage titles since they're so small. So I've really only been able to play my N-Gage as of late. So I've gone crazy with a career in Fifa 2005 and I love playing Pathway to Glory online. I've also been playing Colin Mcrae, this may very well be the best executed game on the N-Gage it just blows me away with how well developed it is.

Picked up Jade Empire and Mustangs today. Both incredible games. Mustangs is from the little company that made the Ford Racing games. Give these guys a year or two more and they'll be easily producing racing games that rival anything out there.

Metroid -- Damn this game is hard...I beat Ridley and Kraid tonight, Kraid was a right bast. ;) Headed up to Tourian and got my ass handed to me by some hungry metroids since I don't have the ice beam... :/ Now I'm going to have to scour every inch of the map looking for it. I keep running into areas that I seem to need the ice beam to pass, so it has to be around here somewhere...

My map is coming along nicely, though. :D Lots of little "?" marks for things I need to revisit, and a lot of eraser marks from where it didn't line up properly...

Gonna play some more Lego Star Wars. The easiest way to find containers is to use Jar Jar and R2D2 in freemode. I've found plenty of them by doing suicide jumps/hovers off of things...including death jumps into chasms (I learned that from the N64 games). Don't forget to run backwards from the starts of levels. Most are "hidden" there, since the average person will go forwards once they take control.

I'm also picking up steam in Jade Empire. Man, these guys at BioWare make killer games. And to think that I used to live in Edmonton....but wasn't a gamer yet. I've passed their office millions of times.

Tony Hawk 1(Dreamcast)

Completing the game with every character.

The game is easy as cake until you get to San Francisco(the Secret Tape is pretty tricky to get), and then the Final Compition(the AI seems to cheat with it's score sometimes). Overall it's still a classic, with a great soundtrack. :)

Counter Strike(Xbox)

Just messing around in the single player abit. The graphics for an Xbox game...SUCK. But besides that, it's a pretty entertaining game. And alot of funny moments happen, with the AI(it can be so smart, yet so stupid). LOL

My Evening..

My dad came over:..I showed him my Pool Bartop and he loves it..He said "this thing is Sharp"..Can you get me one of these..
After talking about that..he opted for something like it then..So a searching I go.
He just kept playing in with a great smile everytime he made a shot..
(Like a kid in a Candy store)

I started showing him various games, pcbs, explaining things etc..

I was trying to show him different Pool and Pinball games that I have spanning from numerous systems..(since that's hid Genre)

He tells me tonight his favorite game is BOSCONIAN too..

It would take me years to show him games as he's never really been that much into games to know..
I have so much to show him as I get excited at his interest to see this stuff..but time goes by fast, before we knew it was midnight..

He got a liking to PS2 Q Ball and sat on the floor/then couch playing that for the longest.
He wants a PS2 and Xbox now..He wants me to show him how to use the Steel Battalion Controller and pedals,as that caught his eye(never did before)
He also wants to see, play light gun games..

When he left I was happy as it was fun showing my dad this stuff..Can't wait until next time..

I tried some of the new games I haven't touched since I got them in the mail of found them in the wild. I started with Granstream Saga for the PS1. The intro looked good and the story seemed interesting but I don't like the controls (especially during battles) too much. I don't know if I'll give it another time as long as I have other games. I also played a little Actraiser on the S-Nes. This game is good, some years ago a friend lent it to me so I knew what to expect. I had some problems to figure out how to start the level but it's a good game. I also wanted to try Jade Cocoon 2 but I didn't have any free space on my memory card. Which means I need to get a new card soon.

Playing it after doing work to the cab today..

I put in a Coin Box with switch plate that I needed for the Cab...to my amazement everything was a direct plug in and it's all working set-up like it once was..

$50 bucks later and one purchased on Ebay Neo Geo coin door set-up pays off....Bought for a part for my big reds coin door(bezel)
then used parts for the Tekken 3...and a Neo Geo plastic coin Box for the Neo Gold..Sweet!!
