That reminds me of a friend of mine at another board I used to post at. Whenever he was drunk and on the board, he would have a funny disclaimer at the end of his post saying he was drunk. I don't know how, but I guess he kept it in a document and copied and pasted it. I wish I could remember what it was.
Still playing Simpsons Hit & Run... trying to find all the stuff in the first four levels, and then maybe I'll go back to level 5 and try to beat the mission I'm having trouble with (helping Snake collect garbage... I always seem to run out of time on the Matlock Expressway back to the DMV :grrr: )

Heh...Things in my life are somewhat so coincidental..
Last Night out of all the games I've picked up used.. I decided to play PS2 Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus..
I played a Sly Cooper demo awhile back and enjoyed it.
Last night when my wife came home she brought me the April issue of Official Playstation Magazine...
And what I found to be the coincidence was ..Sly Cooper 2 (SLY 2 Band Of Thieves)is on the front cover..hah..
I didn't know that a sequel was coming out nor have I opened the March issue of Official Playstation Magazine yet..
Wow! how time flies

I've been playing Advance Wars and Dungeon Keeper for the PC. Dungeon Keeper is really whipping me (like the torture room - heheh)...I'm on one level that I just CANNOT beat, no matter what I try. There are two enemy keepers and nothing I seem to be able to do will defeat them. I can't find any walkthrough on the web besides a) general tips and hints, and b) a very general level-by-level walkthrough that describes this level as a "piece of cake." Well, maybe it is, but the author failed to describe exactly what she did to make it so easy, so...

Mario 64. After all these years I never even played it. I just picked up a copy in a lot and am giving it a whirl. It was definitely ahead of its time for an early release title.
The funny thing is, I am already stuck. I need a star to open a door and can't find one in the little courtyard or around the castle(these are the only places you can go). Anyone remember where the first star is?

How right you are. Mario 64 was, and imo, will always be the best 3d platformer ever.
It will take a helluva game to topple Mario 64's greatness, which is also why I think Mario Sunshine wasn't as well received, cause it wasn't nearly as pure a gaming experience.
Good to hear someone is getting to enjoy that great game for the first time! As far as the star goes, you can always try this link: http://www.gamefaqs.com./console/n64/game/22511.html

The market has been lousy lately..I'll find some small unique gaming items but not the usual Wow! items I usually come across.
My usual(hold games for me)haven't had anything..
Anything else I find I either have or the Vendor just wants WAY to much..

Playing Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War
I'm having a lot of enjoyment playing this game..It's a long GREAT game.
I ran into really fun, hectic spot tonight..whereas I ran into a lot of strong opposition.
These picks are lousy as I was trying to take them as a rocket was being shot at me..and being fired upon from all over.
I left off right here for I want to play from here/killing the heavy opposition later tonight.
I'll save the game before an awesome spot like this and reload it over and over just to fight and dodge the guy with the Rocket Launchers shots...It's so much fun.
The AI in this game provide a good fight.
Here as I walk up over on top of a guard tower I need to snipe the guard in the tower across the way...and there are a lot of enemies here that are firing from all directions.
Even two more guys come from behind to sneak up on me.
Enemies are running away from me trying to get a better position on me while others are trying to flank me..
I had to grenade the enemy below that came up the ladder to get me..He has a lot of Armor on...The Bloody results of a grenade thrown well
The enemy with the rocket launcher is just starting to fire on me as you can see in the distance as I duck back..
http://img7.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/ZRRR.jpg
I switch to one of the Sniper Rifles as the Rocket hits the wall..
http://img7.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/ZR.jpg
I pop back away and try and get a bead but I get hit be the next rocket.
The Results....My Blood Splat all over..
http://img7.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/ZRR.jpg
There are several ways to take this guy out, other ways around..I always approach it the hardest/fun-est ways... then reload and do it other ways...Plus I like using Sniper Rifles...I use Stealth a lot, and shoot out the Alarm boxes with the Sniper Rifle before they can push the button.
I think this is another reason I've been laying the game for so long...I have so much fun doing level parts in different ways.
I love smart AI..whereas they climb ladders to get my butt, hide, take cover, dive out of the way of fire, sneak up on me,use other ways to get to me..and don't use the same plan of attack every time.
This game was made with very smart AI..I love it..

Quite a coincidence. I reverted back to this game after a 3 month hiatus, and just went back online tonight on Xbox Live. I was doing almost the exact same thing you are doing on that level. I was mostly playing "Base".
I love to get up on the wall there, and own some ass.
Great game indeed, and I do know where you are coming from, if possible you should sometime try getting the Xbox version, and getting online. It's just swell. :D
Awesome!!..
I'm having so much fun playing this game and I'm SO glad someone knows where I'm coming from..
This game really Rocks!!
I like to just sit up there and pick people off below with the sniper.
I'm actually playing the Xbox version..I just haven't went on Xbox Live yet..
I have the kit for Xbox live and PSO..
But..
I need to get a router before I go online to be able to play, since I need the computer to be on all day.. for my home business.
A router so I can hook the Xbox and PS2 & computer into the modem and play...System and computer on at once. :D
My major problem is.. I also run a small day care center..That,and running a business at home give me no straight time to play games online...
When I do play games.. like this one..I find myself pausing the game over and over...whereas I think playing against/with people online I will get people pissed off since I'd be disappearing so often..
I want to..play online really bad.
I have Steal Battalion LOC that I want to go online with but can't get the dedicated time to do so..
Every week I see my brother in law since he picks up his son/my nephew at my day care center.
He plays in a clan on PSO-Socum 2..
The first thing he says to me is..When the heck am I going to get my butt on line and play Socum 2.. :-P :D :(

Played a lot of Atari 5200 games (trying out multicart). Seem to play either Radar Mission or Game & Watch Gallery on my GBC at work...

Well right now is a great time to get on Wolfenstein. The people who would kick people, and file complaints have pretty much evaporated now. There aren't as many online as there were, but the ones who are, are really fun to play with.
I must admit also that since I upgraded my connection, I notice I kill alot more people, heh. I got a cat5 premium cable and boy does it help!
If you decide to get online, make sure to get a good quality cable, and if you want a good router get the Linksys BEFSR41, I just purchased it and it's freaking great, and only $50 at Office Depot.
Either way, cool to see someone else enjoying the gibs. :D
